I’m not really into running five miles as soon as I wake up in the a.m. but maybe one day I will – not knocking anyone who does. Currently, I’ve adopted this lifestyle called minimalism and it’s a beauty, a gem, a diamond in the rough. It makes me feel some type of way, even my therapist says it makes me glow when talking about it.

My point is, mental health and beauty are just as important as physical exercise. But trying to buy all the new products, join the new hypes, or sign up for soul cycle may not be what you need, or is it?  Feeling beautiful about yourself and having good energy coming from your noggin’ will give your body the love and support it needs.

I have fought depression, anxiety, and even eating disorders but whatever it was these things are what have helped me and others get through it.
